| Farm Market Relocated to Rte 26 Location Too! Our Farm Market is one of Western Maine's best kept secrets and has been neatly tucked away on Route 11 in Poland. Not only have we opened the new Farm House Pizza and Deli at our new Route 26 location, but at the same time we relocated our Farm Market there too! The Farm Market situated on the right side of the Farm House duplex and the Farm House Pizza and Deli are on the left side of the duplex The business offices have moved up-stairs to the second and third floors. . |
